Safeproud is designed to aid companies in promoting hseq within their business and encourages staff members to be actively involved with compliance and safe working practices.
The problem
Every day, tradespeople fill out paperwork for safety, compliance and job-site updates. It’s mundane but critical work — and Safeproud saw an easier way: all of a company’s forms, tailored to its needs, easily accessible, with digital records of everything submitted.
Our approach
We designed and built the Safeproud app and dashboard as a connected pair. The dashboard’s form builder offers twelve customisable field types — input fields, date pickers, image uploads and more — with a live app preview so administrators can check their work as they build each form. A strong design system steps admins through form creation without overwhelming them, a problem we saw across the other form builders we reviewed. Our development team ensured fast response times between app and dashboard for image submissions, form submissions and notifications.
The outcome
Safeproud replaces endless paperwork with a user-friendly app that connects admin and on-site staff at the click of a button, with customisable forms, photo job-site updates and easily accessible record keeping.
